Yum Cha means having tea in Cantonese, which is used to describe a popular culture in Hong Kong, where people go to restaurants and savour delicious snacks (called dim sum in Cantonese) over a pot of aromatic tea. WOW! I heart Yum Cha sessions with family and friends.
This one I had recently was truly enjoyable. My dear pal recommended me to this restaurant in town with a menu that spoiled me with so many choices and the food tasted SO GOOD.
