883 JIA FM Contest Rules & Regulations
1. All 883 JIA FM contests are open to any listener unless specific age is required by type of contest, participating agency or advertiser or by law.
2. Contests that involve an alcohol beverage / pub sponsor are open to all listeners 18 years or older.
3. Listeners may win only ONCE in the same contest per station. Once you have won a prize of any kind, you must wait at least 60 days before playing any other contests or winning any other prize.
4. If the name given by the contestant does not correspond with the name on his/her NRIC/passport/work permit, the contestant will be disqualified off the prize.
5. Winners may be required to sign a release, and all winners agree to allow 883 JIA FM to use their name, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming in 883 JIA FM are taped and may be aired on-air without further approval.
6. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners may not request substitution or other consideration from the originally awarded prize.
7. 883 JIA FM reserves the right to revoke prizes if the winner does not meet any or all eligibility requirements, even though an announcement may have been made on the air indicating that person was the winner.
8. All prizes must be picked up during business hours at SAFRA Radio, Defence Technology Towers, 5 Depot Road #12-04 Tower B, Singapore 109681, unless otherwise stated. Collection time is between 12 Noon - 2pm on weekdays ONLY. Prizes will not be mailed unless otherwise stated. Prizes left unclaimed within 14 days after winning will be forfeited.
9. All winners are required to show their original identification card/passport upon collection of prizes. For winners who are unable to collect their prizes personally, a letter of authorisation is required. The person collecting in proxy must produce the winner’s original (or photocopy) IC/passport for collection.
10. The decision of the judges is final and binding. 883 JIA FM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value or end the contest at an earlier date. 883 JIA FM cannot be held responsible for unforeseen cancellations or delays of concert/events or transportation caused by weather, promoter or performer.
11. Prizes are not transferable. Station reserves the right to disqualify any winner if the contest rules have been violated in any way. Contest void where prohibited.
12. There may also be rules for specific contests. Listen to 883 JIA FM for details. Specific rules may appear at http://www.883jia.com.sg on pages dedicated to that contest.
